“My little boy loves going to Play Pals Nursery Hindley Green! The staff are so kind and caring. They create a warm and safe environment where children feel happy and supported. The activities are fun and engaging, helping my son learn and grow. He enjoys playing, singing, and making new friends. Since starting, he has become more confident and independent. Overall, I highly recommend Play Pals to any parent looking for a loving and safe place for their child.’’
‘’A fantastic place for your little one, the structure of the nursery works great for our little girl, she has come out of her shell and become more confident in the very short period she has been attending, and the staff are lovely and helpful. We looked at several other options before visiting here and we were made to feel welcome from the start. Highly recommend’’
‘’My little girl really enjoys her days at Play Pals Nursery, her confidence has grown and she loves socialising with her little friends the nursery programme is well structured and the meals they provide are really tasty. There are lots of activities going on indoors and out the staff always have time to speak to you about any worries, you have just an all-round amazing nursery.’’
‘’Lovely nursery! Very friendly staff, clean and amazing settings. We were struggling to potty train our son and they helped do it. Food variety is great, our son loves snacks there as well. Would love our son to stay here longer but he is heading to pre-school! Thank you for everything.’’
‘’I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude towards the entire staff at PlayPals. Their welcoming, kind, and caring nature has made a significant positive impact on our son's experience at Play Pals. He is truly enjoying and learning every day and attending each day with increasing happiness.’’
Maths Maths is everywhere in early childhood from counting blocks and sharing snacks to spotting shapes and singing number rhymes! By exploring maths through play, children build confidence, problem-solving skills, and a love for learning. Simple everyday moments can become exciting opportunities to develop early maths understanding. Our babies enjoyed a wonderful sensory exploration activity this week using silver foil, metal pots, and spoons. They loved banging, tapping, scrunching, and exploring the different sounds, textures, and movements the foil created. #QUESTtrust #EarlyYearsToEmployment #EarlyYearsAtPlayPals #CuriousMinds

Boys and their toys! At Play Pals Hindley, we have incorporated some natural rulers in our Maths area. The boys really enjoyed using the rulers to measure some of the sticks and logs that we've got, using mathematical language and deciding if they were bigger or smaller than each others. #playpalshindley #naturalresources #mathematics #measuring #size
International Nurses Day This week at Play Pals Hindley, we celebrated nurses at @wiganleighhospice by baking them some chocolate banana bread muffins and chocolate cornflake cakes. The children in our Out Of school Club made some wonderful cards with some beautiful words in them to show their appreciation for what the nurses do and have done for them and their families. Play Pals Abram We enjoyed a wonderful trip to Polly's Pond last week, where they had the opportunity to explore the outdoors and learn more about nature. The children were very excited as they walked around the pond, spotting ducks, insects, and different plants along the way. The children showed great curiosity and enthusiasm throughout the trip. We even found a fairy door
Play Pals Abram David Attenborough's birthday last week was celebrated with a lovely trip to the garden centre. The day was filled with fresh air, colourful flowers, and the peaceful sounds of nature, which felt like the perfect way to honour someone who has spent his life inspiring people to appreciate the natural world. We spent time exploring the different plants, admiring the beautiful seasonal displays, and learning about the many varieties of flowers and greenery. There was a wonderful atmosphere throughout the garden centre, with bright blooms, hanging baskets, and garden decorations bringing lots of joy and conversation. After looking around, we enjoyed some snack, sharing stories and talking about David Attenborough's incredible work and the importance of caring for wildlife and the environment. The outing was relaxing, enjoyable, and a lovely way to celebrate a man who has inspired generations to connect with nature. #nature #davidattenborough #100years #celebrate #abram #playpals

This week at Play Pals Hindley, we have been enjoying all the new things that we have added into our outdoor provision. We've gotten creative in the tuff trays, used our imagination in our new mud kitchen, planted some strawberry plants, set up some water pipes, built our own house, and made some music on our super large xylophone #playpalshindley #makingmusic #freshstrawberries #newadditions #teamworkmakesthedreamwork
