Play Pals, established in 2014, has grown in close partnership with QUEST, reflecting a shared commitment to supporting children and families across the Trust’s schools. By providing wrap-around childcare and nursery care from as early as six weeks old, Play Pals ensures a seamless and nurturing start to children’s educational journeys alongside the QUEST family.  

The strong links between Play Pals and QUEST schools ensures smooth transitions into primary education and beyond, aligning with the Trust’s vision of supporting young people from Early Years to employment. This collaboration enriches children’s experiences through initiatives such as reading buddies from school pupils and opportunities for high school students studying childcare to learn and work within Play Pals settings.  

The partnership exemplifies how QUEST’s values and strategic objectives translate into practical, community-focused support that benefits all children in our care, creating a cohesive pathway that nurtures their development, aspirations, and lifelong learning.
