    Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility at Play Pals. We place the safety, welfare and best interests of every child at the heart of everything we do. Our safeguarding policy – which applies to all staff, supply workers, volunteers and visitors, sets out clear prevention and reporting procedures, safer‑recruitment checks, required training and supervision, and expectations for professional conduct, so concerns are identified early and acted on promptly. The policy is child‑centred, aligns with statutory guidance and early years requirements, and is published and made available to parents, carers and staff to ensure transparency and a consistent, accountable approach to keeping children safe.
